Sustainable business practices

Gearcraft promotes various initiatives that increase the enthusiasm of children and young people to pursue a technical job.

Every year we participate in the ‘Technoboost’ event, offer a number of interns the chance to gain experience with us, take part in panels assessing final course projects, collaborate with schools and organise company visits.

In our day-to-day operations we invariably integrate both minor and major adjustments to minimise our ecological footprint. One example is the daily use of biodegradable oils.
