Measuring

Measuring is always carried out in a sealed measuring chamber in which we maintain a constant temperature and humidity level. Using 3D measurements we check coordinates, diameters, distances between centres, accuracies, lengths, shape-spot tolerances, etc.

When performing measurements on the gear measuring bench we check the precision of the teeth. We check it in profile, the helix angle, the cut, rotation accuracy, etc.

The surface accuracy is checked using mobile devices. This process guarantees the required tolerances.
